Meet Beki
My house is full, my children are close, every moment of the day is filled to capacity, sometimes I sleep, sometimes I don’t.
I love a full life, if I could live 3 lives in one I would. I would learn a million things, create endlessly, talk and laugh with every person I could. A world without the ticking time master is my greatest daydream.
I have always loved art in every form, it brings me so much joy to create. It has always been a healing therapy for me, but it wasn’t until 2018 that I could find the space for it in my life. . . so this is my journey of “Waking up the Artist”.
Join me on the journey, who knows what it will bring.

Born in Provo to an artistic family, Tobiasson is ninth out of 10 children. She spent much of her childhood years moving with her family to various places across the West before moving back to Utah during high school. Growing up with an artistic mother and older siblings was both inspiring and intimidating.
. . . . . . . . . .her vibrant and texture-rich encaustic pieces, to her moody storm-themed oil paintings, every piece Tobiasson creates conveys a message to those who view it. When describing the meaning behind her artwork, Tobiasson’s eyes softened and she said “I want to express my belief that the difficult things we go through in life can always have beautiful outcomes.”
Tobiasson believes that everyone has an innate need to create, and that the very act of creation is healing and soothing to the soul. She also firmly believes that anyone can learn how to create art.

All things bow in humble reverence
This painting envelopes my thoughts about the first Christmas. Such an overwhelmingly miraculous event and yet very few even noticed that it happened.
A busy city, filled to overflowing- just as our lives are. Events were unfolding that would not only change the past, present and future, but all eternity.
It is only fitting that the sky would celebrate the birth of the Savior of the world, the sheep would bow their heads, and peace would hush over nature.

My Peace I Give Unto You
If there are wounds in your heart, sorrow or pain that hold you down, anger or hurt that rage- the only cure is to move closer to the light. Every effort will be made to keep you in your state of frustrating, anxiety, confusion.
I promise you healing comes from the soothing balm of forgiveness and repentance; only possible through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
Hand your pains to Him, and in return you will receive the sweetest freedom, indescribable peace, and light.

Through the Savior's Hands
These hands mean everything to me, they make every wrong right; every pain sweet, every evil horrible awful ugly thing beautiful and pure.
Oh how the world changes when we turn toward these healing/changing hands. Oh how I wish my heart would soften quicker and be more willing to accept His light daily!

Blessings
“Blessings” We all need a reminder that we are loved and looked over. A reminder that Heaven’s doors do open and the very best blessings are poured down upon us! Some may be disguised, they may not feel like Blessings at all! But in time, as we turn toward the Savior, healing comes then we will see the cherished blessings that have come through our trials. You are loved!
