Little Lamb hints Lamb of God, but not quite. It is a play between the sacred birth of divinity and the sacred birth of every child born into this world. It is a reminder that every life is hallowed and celebrated.
Surrounded in his mother's arms—cradled in her love, the babu is caressed by light from above, almost as if heaven is peeking in on this tender moment.
The pillow represents Heavenly Mother's gentle presence and love. He is wrapped in a lambskin blanket carefully lined with silk, a delicate reminder of every mother's yearning to soften and protect her child from the difficult path ahead.
This is a reminder of what it feels like to hold heaven in your arms, reminder of the sacred birth of the Christ child and the cherished birth of every child born into this world; A hint of Madonna and child, a suggestion of Lamb of God, but placed in the arms of every mother today.
